Who Are We?

Ohana Realty Solutions LLC is a professional, full service real estate investing company that buys and sells residential properties. This company specializes in the purchase of distressed homes at significantly discounted prices. These distressed properties are then fully renovated and subsequently listed on the open market for profit. This company has helped families avert possible foreclosures, bankruptcies, negotiated short sales, bought probate properties, helped tired landlords, and bought properties in divorce settlements. Most properties are purchased in Central Arkansas which are known for their good schools, low crime rates, military population, and strong sense of community.

Ohana Realty Solutions LLC was founded in January 2020. Since that time, they have worked tirelessly to help homeowners solve their real estate problems and have renovated all types of distressed properties. Additionally, they take great satisfaction knowing well-deserved families will live in their renovated properties for many years to come. At the same time, neighboring families are also happy to see their own property values increase. As a result, neighbors may do some extra “sprucing up” of their own homes.

Finally, Ohana Realty Solutions LLC has helped the local economy by creating jobs for contractors, realtors, home inspectors, and appraisers, which in turn increases tax revenues for local city governments.

About Arnie Newton

Owner of Ohana Realty Solutions LLC.

Arnie grew up in a devout Catholic family and is the oldest of five siblings. At an early age, his parents taught him the importance of faith, family, and hard work. Arnie has been happily married to his wife and best

friend, Virginia Newton, for the past 16 years. Arnie honorably served in the United States Air Force from June 2000 to July 2020. His military career re-emphasized the values of family, integrity, hard work, workmanship, taking care of your people, and leadership by example.

Arnie’s leadership qualities combined with his academic success enabled him to attain key supervisory and management positions in the Air Force, leading over 400 Airmen throughout his career. His favorite job in the Air Force was becoming a facility manager of 51 buildings valued at 74 million dollars. One of his accomplishments as a facility manager was becoming a liaison between civilian contractors and government personnel, coordinating the completion of 25 million dollars in renovation contracts. The knowledge and experience he attained from project scheduling, validating scopes of work, and daily interactions with contractors laid the foundation for his real estate business today.

In September 2019, Arnie started acquiring the knowledge on becoming a real estate investor and fell in love with it. He now leverages his Air Force project management experience and real estate education to systemize processes and lead multiple contractor teams on home renovation projects. Arnie is hands on in the company 24/7 and oversees all aspects of the acquisition, remodeling, and final sale of properties.

Arnie is highly motivated, knowledgeable, ethical, resourceful, and a great problem solver. He is fully committed to helping people with their real estate needs and has been successful in completing multiple real estate transactions.

Education

Arnie has invested a great deal of time, energy, and personal capital into his real estate education.

He is currently a member of the Arkansas Real Estate Investors Association, which has over 300 active members throughout the state of Arkansas.

Through monthly meetings, he has networked with many fellow real estate investors and private lenders.

Additionally, through this association, Arnie receives on going specialized training on how to manage a successful real estate business based on proven systems and market predictability.

He continuous his real estate training by reading books authored by leading experts in the real estate field. he completed over 420 hours of real estate courses, seminars, and workshops instructed by the most successful real estate entrepreneurs throughout the country.
